Supports adult family carers as part of The Carers Centre on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council
Provides a pre and post diagnostic and group support service for young people 16+ and adults, on behalf of Telford Clinical Commissioning Group
Open to all children and young people aged 0-18, and their families, who have a diagnosis of Autism
Supports parents, children and young people with a special educational need or disability, on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council
Supports family carers aged 5-18 years as part of The Carers Centre on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council
Offers community-based solutions to adults, promoting being cared for closer to home with an aim to reduce hospital admissions.
Working as a Multi-Agency Team providing a first point of contact for all social care enquiries across the borough

Offering both preventative and responsive support around daily living with 'show home' features to promote independence both physically and digitally and reduce costs of care needs using modern technology and assistive equipment solutions
Offering a warm and friendly social space to support individuals, and including bespoke training and employability for those furthest from the job market, through cooking and related courses, and a safe environment to access meals for those who need one.
